I read an article recently whereby research suggested 90 per cent of bosses are considering cancelling the staff Christmas party not because of budget costs for fear of tribunal claims arising from bad behaviour… well, CSS were not amongst these figures! We had a thoroughly good luncheon in The Bleeding Heart restaurant in Hatton Garden followed by some entertaining comedians in the West End.
But have you heard of any unfortunate office Christmas party incidents with damaging consequences? Has your company/department perhaps decided against a Christmas do this year? If so, why?
