Hi. I'm Don Leslie and I welcome you to our BLTog. I imagine it's unlikely that serendipity brought you here, therefore I'm guessing you must be a BLT client, a candidate or someone I owe money to.

Why are we doing this? What you can expect to find here? At BLT we've always tried to be as open as possible, engaging with customers face-to-face, by 'phone, by newsletter….and now by blog. We'll use this dynamic medium to bring you our news, our views, and our job opportunities. We'll also explore ways to connect with clients, candidates and other BLT stakeholders. And with your participation, it will be a two-way communication channel.
